2. CONDITIONS OF SALE The seller guarantees that, at the time of delivery, the puppy is in good health. Should the puppy be found to be in poor health of a serious nature, the Buyer agrees to return the puppy to Seller at Buyer’s expense. Seller will provide Buyer with a replacement puppy of equal value from another litter or a full refund of the purchase price of puppy will be made. This does not include minor illnesses requiring short-term medication. The Buyer has THREE (3) days from the time of receipt of the puppy to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian. Any request to return the puppy to WNC Goldendoodle for a full refund must be made within this 72 hr time period and may only be requested should the dog prove to be sick upon arrival. Proof of examination must be provided to WNC Goldendoodle. This guarantee will be terminated immediately if the dog is not examined by a licensed veterinarian within the allotted 72 hr time frame. A 2-year guarantee against Hip Dysplasia and any other Genetics that WNC Goldendoodles test for, did not spay or neuter too early or over-exercise at a young age. This contract does not cover the following: viral illnesses, parasites, infections, improper bites, hernias, giardia, coccidiosis, kennel cough or reaction to vaccines It also does not cover illnesses due to the ingestion of foreign objects, food, chemicals, stress related issues, Shedding, behavioral issues, physical injuries and/or illnesses which may have occurred and/or contracted during transport to the buyer. Do not guarantee size or colors.

3. MAINTENANCE The BUYER agrees to maintain the puppy's health in good condition and to provide yearly examinations by their Vet of choice and any other usual procedures necessary to assure good health. Agree to have your doodle Groomed on a regular basis and housed inside. If unable to do this you will return to Amanda Stringer at WNC Goldendoodles.

4. REHOMING AGREEMENT Buyer agrees that if for any reason they cannot keep their dog, it will be returned to WNC Goldendoodles to find a suitable home. The owner will give up all rights to the dog. No money will be returned for the dog unless WNC Goldendoodles receives money for the sale of the dog at that time if money is received I will refund that amount minus the cost Amanda Stringer/WNC Goldendoodles had to put in the dog before the sale. If you rehome a puppy without my knowledge, then you have broken this contract between WNC Goldendoodles and person signing this contract.

5. SPAY/NEUTER DOCUMENTATION PROOF It is the responsibility of the PURCHASER, not the veterinarian, to ensure that WNC Goldendoodles has received verification that the surgery has been performed. Failure to comply with this agreement by 18 months, unless otherwise agreed to in writing, will be considered a breach of the contract, and at that time puppy will need to be returned. All WNC Goldendoodles puppies are under no circumstance to be used for breeding purposes unless agreed upon with WNC Goldendoodles. By signing below buyer is agreeing to all said information in this document. Documentation of proof of spay/neuter will be sent to WNC Goldendoodles.

6. Social Media In the event of a dispute, the parties will not make public or communicate the existence or content of any dispute in any way (including any publication in social media) without Amanda Stringer with WNC Goldendoodles prior written consent.
